We want to help those who are interested in moving their lives forward and are willing to put in the effort and energy to make change, we will be working alongside you the entire way.
We seek clients who are positioned for success, at CityLink that means: clients must be at least 18 years of age, have stable housing, not using illegal substances, and mentally stable. It takes effort and energy to engage at the center with CityLink Partners, it would be a disservice to our clients to enroll them for services if these areas are not stable. Once stability in these areas is attained, potential clients are encouraged to return to CityLink to engage in an incredible journey towards economic stability. We are committed to you!
Step 1: Attend a CityLink Info Session
It is important to fully understand the CityLink model: Why CityLink? What services are available? What is the process? before engaging in services. In order to meet this need to ensure that CityLink is the right place for you, we ask that you attend an Info Session so that you can gain the right information to determine if CityLink if you would like to begin a partnership with the center.
Step 2: Create an Action Plan
Schedule a 1:1 appointment with a CityLink Service Coordinator. It is an opportunity to learn more about you and your needs. This helps in determining the services that would be the most beneficial in reaching your goals, ultimately leading to economic stability. Based on this information, you will assist the Service Coordinator in creating a customized Action Plan that specifically meets your needs.
Step 3: Start Working on your Action Plan
Based on the goals on your Action Plan, you will be scheduled for appointments and workshops to move you toward attaining your goals. It is important that you attend these appointments and workshops in order to achieve success. We know that things come up in life, so if you need to miss an appointment, we just ask that you contact your Service Coordinator to reschedule.
