Client Eligibility

We appreciate that life change is serious business and it is going to take your effort and focus. We will be working alongside you the entire way.

We are focused on working alongside people seeking to improve education, gain employment, improve your financial situation and just move your life forward.  To take those big steps, clients must be at least 18 years of age with a reliable place to staynot using illegal substances, and mentally stable.  It takes effort and energy to engage at the center with CityLink Partners, and it would not do anyone any good to start services if those areas are not stable.


Step 1: Attend a CityLink Info Session – It is important to fully understand the CityLink model: Why CityLink? What services are available? What is the process?  before engaging in services.  In order to meet this need to ensure that CityLink is the right place for you, we ask that you attend an Info Session so that you can gain the right information to determine if you would like to begin a partnership with the center.

Step 2: Create an Action Plan – Schedule a 1:1 appointment with a CityLink Service Coordinator.  It is an opportunity to learn more about you and your needs.  This helps in determining the services that would be the most beneficial in reaching your goals, ultimately leading to economic stability.  Based on this information, you will assist the Service Coordinator in creating a customized Action Plan that specifically meets your needs.

Step 3: Start Working on your Action Plan – Based on the goals on your Action Plan, you will be scheduled for appointments and workshops to move you toward attaining your goals.  It is important that you attend these appointments and workshops in order to achieve success.  We know that things come up in life, so if you need to miss an appointment, we just ask that you contact your Service Coordinator to reschedule.
